I’m a middle-aged Generation X (GenX) woman who helps people see the world through a sharper, kinder lens. Writer by passion, designer by accident, and ideator by trade, I share dubious ideas for living well as I accelerate toward death.

Who is this person?

I live in the USA with my husband (Leo) and two dogs. If I’m lucky enough to get old, I plan to be happy, sharp and spry when I do it. I enjoy reading, learning, hiking, kayaking, travel, weird food, cooking, entertaining, and big ideas.
